IKEA.... The Swedish Store

Jonathan and I couldn't by pass the opportunity to go to IKEA with it being so close! This European furniture store is quite impressive with it's modern contemporary style decor, furniture etc... At the end of the journey around the store, there is a swedish cafeteria... serving authentic swedish meatballs, legonberries and more! YUM! Then there's also a grocery area where you can purchase all kinds of swedish things. Most amazing!

Czech This Out!

Driving down the highway from Fort Worth to Austin... there was a billboard advertising this Czech bakery! Since we are both "Foodies" and love to try different ethnic things, we decided to stop and see what they had! Freshly homemade Kolaches, and the ladies wearing outfits from Czech! How sweet! We tried one sweet Kolache (blueberry), which by the way only the sweet ones are authentic, and then we tried one that had a sausage meat on the inside. They were both delicious and it was well worth the stop! There is plenty of parking (2 parking lots in fact), tho they are always busy and the parking fills up fast!

The Monument Cafe

For those of you traveling through and/or around Austin and are looking for a hotspot both to eat and to get free wifi... may we suggest The Monument Cafe?! It's most amazing with all natural things to eat, but very tasty! I had the Turkey Peppered Bacon Avocado Sandwich and my husband their incredible bacon cheeseburger. Delicious! Cooked to perfection! If you like desserts, may we suggest the Monument Chocolate Pie with toasted pecan crust! OHHHH my goodness! Amazing doesn't quite to the job. Thanks Twyla and Barry for introducing this great place to us!

Austin First Church, Austin, Texas

Thursday night was powerful! God is truly pouring out His spirit on all flesh! We were excited to see a young man receive His personal pentecost as another backslider prayed through! Bro. & Sis. Stephens, & Bro. & Sis. Moody, we appreciate your kind hospitality. In spite of your own building challenges, you have gone out of your way to make sure our visit to Austin was successful and we were well taken care of. Thank you for partnering together with us in the harvest of Vanuatu and the Pacific Region! Together we will make a difference!

H.O.M.E. Church in Johnson City, Texas

What an incredible service we had! From the beginning with split sessions.. English Sunday School on one side, and Spanish church going in the Sanctuary, and the opposite the 2nd hour.. the moving of the Holy Ghost was so powerful! God really ministered to all and did a healing work. We are so thankful for His power! Thank you to Bro. & Sis. Steele and the HOME Church family in Johnson City, for taking us on as partners in missions and for your incredible hospitality! May you be blessed abundantly for your sacrifice and may you see a great harvest of souls in your city! We love you!
