Driving down the highway from Fort Worth to Austin... there was a billboard advertising this Czech bakery! Since we are both "Foodies" and love to try different ethnic things, we decided to stop and see what they had! Freshly homemade Kolaches, and the ladies wearing outfits from Czech! How sweet! We tried one sweet Kolache (blueberry), which by the way only the sweet ones are authentic, and then we tried one that had a sausage meat on the inside. They were both delicious and it was well worth the stop!
There is plenty of parking (2 parking lots in fact), tho they are always busy and the parking fills up fast!
